Supplements
are necessary. I take creatine, arginine, l-leucine, CLA, Kryptolean, Whey
protein and glutamine. Not much to say about these supplements and vitamins
besides, I take them religiously. Why? Because that’s what my coach said to do,
and she knows what she’s doing. It is crucial that I take my “drugs” (I like to
mess around) every day AM & PM
