Kate_Fit: My name is Caitlyn and I just competed in my first NPC figure competition in Arizona. I placed 3rd in figure class D. I'm sharing some of the battles that I faced through prep but most of all I'm here to help inspire and motivate others. I've come a long way and have completely changed my lifestyle, for the better. Any dream can be achieved if you just try & put forth the effort. No goal is too far out of reach, if you can believe it, you can do it. Never give up.
